The villa is brand new. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2 master bedrooms have en suites with US size walk-in showers, with one also having a bath. The pool can be accessed directly from both these bedrooms.

The lounge has cable television, as have all the bedrooms. The lounge has upgraded furniture plus VCR/DVD with a selection of videos and DVDs. A computer, with internet access, has also been installed so you can keep in touch with home or work.

The first master bedroom has a US king-size bed and the second has a US queen (equivalent of a UK king). The other two bedrooms are twin bedded. One is themed with Winnie The Pooh, the other with Americana. These two rooms also have boom-boxes for listening to CDs/radio and can be taken out to the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large US equipment including cooker, microwave, ice-making fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room with large washing machine and dryer.

The whole house is air conditioned.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are something special. These have been upgraded to a 32ft pool and 8ft spa/jacuzzi, both with underwater coloured lighting. These change colour and can be set to move through the spectrum or stay on one colour. The standard pool size is 26ft and not many others have the underwater lighting. The pool deck is similarly extended to 48ft with plenty of room for the sun beds, etc.

The property is managed by a US agent who is available 24 hours and maintains the villa to a high standard.
